CANCELLATION

On month-to-month and annual/multi-year plans paid upfront, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. You are however charged for the current month in which you cancel on month-to-month plans, regardless of when during the month cancellation occurs. Upon cancellation, access to your apps will be removed. You will be able to reactivate your account at a later date if you like.

To permanently cancel your account, send an email to info@signalpayments.com.

HARDWARE

If you are buying hardware from us, Signal Payments must be notified of defective units within 30 days of purchase in order to arrange for repair or replacement. If a hardware defect occurs more than 30 days after initial purchase, you must contact the manufacturer directly to arrange for a repair or replacement. Please be advised that, within the 30-day period, returns or exchanges will not be processed for any hardware returned without all original packaging.

PAYMENT TERMS

Signal Payments reserves the right to at any time modify or discontinue one or more elements of the Service on reasonable notice, except where technical contingencies cause disruption without notice. Prices of the Services are subject to change at any time with 60 days notice.

DATA

Signal Payments backs up all data from we receive daily. Signal Payments agrees that as between Licensee and Signal Payments, (a) Licensee’s data maintained by Licensee on the Signal Payments website and related applications belongs to Licensee; and (b) Signal Payments acts as data processor (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998 (“DPA”)).

PROHIBITED USE

Licensee shall not (a) make copies of or further distribute the Licensed Software, including copying onto any other medium, (b) distribute, rent, sublicense, lease, resell, or assign the Licensed Software, (c) alter, modify or adapt the Licensed Software or the Signal Payments Services, including but not limited to, translating, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works, (d) export the Licensed Software without the appropriate foreign government licenses and without Signal Payments’ prior written approval, (e) resell, rent or otherwise provide access to the Signal Payments services to a third party or (f) take any action in an attempt to obtain any other Signal Payments user’s data, cause malfunction, crash, tamper with or otherwise impair the Signal Payments website and related applications, and their services. Any rights not expressly granted hereunder are reserved by Signal Payments.

No rights in the Licensed Software or Signal Payments Services are granted, whether expressly or by implication, including, without limitation, any rights in any patents, copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets embodied therein, except in connection with the permitted uses expressly described herein.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

At Signal Payments we do not sell, rent, lease or otherwise disclose your email address or other personally identifiable information or personally identifiable customer data to others, and we will not make your personal information available to any unaffiliated parties, except our approved agents or resellers, partners and contractors.
